The Volleyball Spike Trainer VST-100 is designed for practicing ball contact, arm swing, and footwork training techniques. It is the ideal Volleyball Training Aid for repetitive Volleyball hitting drills and conditioning exercises.

Ball height is adjustable in 6 inch increments between 7 1/2 feet and 10 1/2 feet.

Sturdy base with wheels provides an optimum platform for practicing Volleyball footwork and hits from any spot on the court.

When finished, roll the Volleyball Spike Trainer to the equipment closet, or remove the ball hitting assembly for safe storage, seperate from the base.
